Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

All original packaging, manuals, accessories, and invoices must be intact

Damaged or Defective Products

If the product is received damaged or defective, the customer must notify us within 24 hours of delivery

Clear photos or videos of the damage along with packaging images must be shared

After inspection and verification, we will:

Replace the product, or

Repair the equipment, or

Offer a refund (at our discretion)

Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in cases where:

The product shows signs of use not caused by us

Original packaging or accessories are missing

The return request is approved after inspection with deductions for depreciation or handling

Once the returned item is received and inspected, customers will be notified regarding approval or rejection

Late or Missing Refunds
