Refund and Returns Policy

Engineering Solutions Equipment (“we,” “our,” or “us”) values customer satisfaction and strives to deliver high-quality soil testing, concrete testing, and laboratory equipment. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted.


Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

    • All original packaging, manuals, accessories, and invoices must be intact

    • Proof of purchase is mandatory


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized, calibrated, or made-to-order equipment

  • Equipment manufactured or modified as per customer specifications

  • Electrical or electronic items once installed or used

  • Consumables, spare parts, or accessories

  • Software, digital manuals, or downloadable documents

  • Items damaged due to improper handling, misuse, or negligence by the customer


Damaged or Defective Products

  • If the product is received damaged or defective, the customer must notify us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Clear photos or videos of the damage along with packaging images must be shared

  • After inspection and verification, we will:

    • Replace the product, or

    • Repair the equipment, or

    • Offer a refund (at our discretion)


Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in cases where:

  • The product shows signs of use not caused by us

  • Original packaging or accessories are missing

  • The return request is approved after inspection with deductions for depreciation or handling


Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, customers will be notified regarding approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time: 7–10 working days, depending on bank or payment gateway policies


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider

  3. If the issue persists, contact us directly for assistance


Sale & Discounted Products

  • Products purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional offers are non-refundable

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed only for defective or transit-damaged items

  • Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery

  • Replacement is subject to product availability


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping and transportation costs

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • For approved refunds, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount

  • We recommend using insured and trackable transport services


Cancellation Policy

  • Order cancellations are accepted before dispatch only

  • Once the product has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be entertained
